I. Meeting began at 2:30 E.T.
II. PRIMA Winter Meeting Assessment
Hats off to everyone for the successful Winter meeting! Follow-up on the resolution on leadership training. The resolution itself needs to be sent to CPB. Patty will send. Perhaps other regionals would want to join in this resolution. Patty talked to CPB people about the resolution while at the conference, so they are aware of it.
Thanks to Rachel for an excellent job in assisting with meeting preparations.
The conference survey hasn’t been tabulated yet by Cleve. Will tabulate in next couple of days.
III. Planning for Fall Meeting
PRPD meeting takes place in September, and officially begins on a Wednesday. PRIMA could meet either before or after the PRPD. Tuesday is dedicated to PD training. Tim reminded that there are many meetings taking place on Wednesday morning, so there may be conflicts if PRIMA decides to hold meetings into Wednesday. Patty will find out what is planned, and will inform the board.
IV. April Meeting in Washington
A tally was taken to find out if PRIMA members would be in Washington for Capitol Hill activities. Most members are staying for Capitol Hill Day. Sunday is the day dedicated to regional meetings. It was not decided if PRIMA would have a meeting on Sunday.
