Board of Directors Meeting

Present: Tim Eby, Neenah Ellis, Paul Maassen, Mike Savage, Dan Skinner
2017 PRIMA Conference Planning
The board discussed logistics and planning for the 2017 PRIMA Conference in New Orleans. Board members were assigned moderator duties for the conference. Dan will reach out to Paul Jacobs to see if he is willing to be a presenter. Paul Maassen is still working to finalize opening reception for conference and should have confirmation soon. We haven’t yet met our hotel reservation goals. Dan will send out promotional emails to AREPS and PRIMA listservs to encourage registrations.
The board agreed to offer partial PRIMA Conference Scholarships to Louisiana stations. Estimate this would be three partial scholarships. The board awarded a full scholarship to Neenah Ellis.
