IV. PRIMA Fall Conference

Christina Kuzmych reported that the Fall Conference will be held September 30th through October 2. WBEZ has agreed to serve as the host station. NPR President, Vivian Schiller is expected to attend. WBEZ staff working with Christina to book the Conference hotel. Estimating attendance of around 35 people. Will promote as a follow up to the PRIMA Managers Summit, continuing on the work started at the San Antonio meeting. The focus will be discussion on implementing the ideas generated in San Antonio. – Discussion followed. There was some concern about stations ability to attend. However, many stations may be being able to drive to the Conference, which may help reduce the cost of attendance. Also, this is a good time to get reasonable hotel rates and terms. Christina will continue planning.  She will also generate a memo to all PRIMA members to encourage early planning.

VI. Meeting adjourned at 3:03 p.m. E.T.

Respectfully submitted,
Dan Skinner, Secretary
