Call to Order
President Christina Kuzmych called the meeting to order at 10:08AM CST on January 8, 2013. Present for the call were Christina Kuzmych, Dan Skinner, MG Herrington, Karen Olstad, Regina Dean, Cleve Callison, Paul Massen and Tom Hunt.

Action: Cleve recommended Christina discuss in the PRRO (Public Radio Regional Organizations) group and WSPR (Western States Public Radio) group to determine if there is consensus and if so how to address as a group. Paul supported this as ‘timing is now’ given Gary Knell is firmly on board and needs to understand the potential pitfalls of program producer fundraising.
