Meeting began at 2:30 E.T.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>II.\u00a0 PRIMA Board Retreat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The PRIMA Board retreat will take place November 16 and 17 in St Louis. PRIMA is reimbursing travel and hotel. 6 p.m. is the dinner time.\u00a0 Meet in the lobby at Chase at 6 p.m.\u00a0 Breakfast at\u00a0 8 a.m. Work from 8 to 4 on Friday. \u00a0Much of the discussion will revolve around topics covered at the fall meeting. \u00a0Patty asked for agenda items and structure for the retreat.\u00a0 Patty gave a report of activities revolving around the other public radio regionals. The questions we should ask at this retreat:\u00a0 As we move into the future, what will stations need from their Regionals?\u00a0 What services should we provide?\u00a0 The relationship between NPR and stations was discussed, in terms of where it is now, and where it will head in the future.\u00a0 It was decided that this should be one of the topics.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>III.
