Present: Patty Wente,\u00a0 KWMU (President); Christina Kuzmych, WFIU (Secretary); Dan Skinner, Texas Public Radio (Board Member No. 1); Al Bartholet, WKSU (Board Member No. 3) Dorie Vallillo, WIUM (Treasurer); Cleve Callison, WMUB (Vice-President)<\/p>\n

I. Meeting began at 2:30 E.T.<\/strong><\/p>\n

II. Organizational Item<\/strong><\/p>\n

Former PRIMA member Bill McGinley\u2019s wife passed away. \u00a0PRIMA will send a card and flowers.<\/p>\n

III.\u00a0 PRIMA Winter Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most people will fly in on Wednesday.
\nThursday night was scheduled for the Board Dinner. U:SA group would like to give a presentation and pay for a meal.\u00a0 Lunch on Thursday works best.\u00a0 If Pat Harrison is available, she will be offered a slot that works in her schedule. This year PRIMA will again offer a scholarship. Patty asked that Board members again call PRIMA members to ask for ideas and input into the content for the conference. \u00a0The details of this will be discussed soon.<\/p>\n
