1. Discussion about Cincinnati PRIMA Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 It was noted that we did not lose money on this conference
\n\u2022 Follow up on discussion regarding PRSS Manual Tuning Issue
\n\u2022 Board was pleased with the conference
\n
\nII. Discussion of upcoming “Super Regional” Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Board discussed value of both general and concurrent sessions
\n\u2022 Concern expressed about potential loss of small group discussion because
\nof larger group presentations
\n
\nIII. Jon Schwartz expressed his thanks to the board for recognizing him at the last PRIMA Conference.<\/strong><\/p>\n

IV. Discussion of Issues Regarding Representation<\/strong><\/p>\n

An adhoc PRIMA committee meeting to place via telephone to discuss issues
\nregarding public radio representation and congress. There are various views of
\nhow this might best be handled. The committee will continue to work on a
\ndocument to be shared with the PRIMA board and are not yet prepared to
\nshare this information with the public.<\/p>\n

V. Discussion of News Ethics and Public Radio Employment Decisions<\/strong><\/p>\n
