Everything else is remote.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No one else has staff with symptoms, tho it\u2019s hard to know who might really be sick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nico has heard of a few stations with positive staffers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nico \u2013 mostly remote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neenah \u2013 mostly remote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regina \u2013 mostly remote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard \u2013 mostly remote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schramm \u2013 mostly remote. A couple of people&nbsp;<em>presumptive positive<\/em>&nbsp;and are quarantined.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Myrna \u2013 mostly remote. Operations staffed in master control. Some rural hot spots. Meat packing plants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul \u2013 very difficult in NOLA. It hit quickly and hard. Everything shut. Morning and afternoon hosts going in. Everyone else remote.&nbsp;&nbsp;Economic impact is steep for the station and the city.&nbsp;&nbsp;The numbers are flattening out but it\u2019s gonna be a long road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staff is doing great, pitching in and getting positive response from listeners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Item One:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PRIMA meeting. We settled with the hotel and cancelled.&nbsp;&nbsp;We don\u2019t have to reschedule with them.&nbsp;&nbsp;We need to schedule a business meeting for election of officers. We can do a conference call with the membership.&nbsp;&nbsp;I propose Thursday May 28, a slate must go out 30 days in advance.&nbsp;&nbsp;If we did that by April 28 we could do a call.&nbsp;&nbsp;I\u2019d still like to get John Lansing, but it\u2019s hard to get NPR attention now.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CPB\u2019s Pat Harrison and Kathy Merrit also suggested as a possible guests to address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>questions about changes for CSG \u2013 changes to grants coming for fy22?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can use the Michigan ZOOM account.&nbsp;&nbsp;We can present info etc. and voting is possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PRIMA annual business meeting May 28, 2020.&nbsp;&nbsp;3pm CT, four ET. Now a virtual meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Item Two: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regina Dean asked for help with bookkeeping. WE agreed that it\u2019s a reasonable request.\u00a0\u00a0She has found someone who can be an assistant. Our payment process has gotten very cumbersome at UT.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ve been looking for a bookkeeper and I have an assistant that has expressed interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Annual invoices<\/li><li>Track payments<\/li><li>Prepare conference registrations and track payments<\/li><li>Maintain spreadsheet of membership payments and contact info<\/li><li>Prepare deposits<\/li><li>Reconcile bank statements<\/li><li>Help prepare annual report<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(Nico leaves the meeting and gives Myrna is vote by proxy.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moved by Myna to accept Regina\u2019s proposal to hire a bookkeeper for $600 per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Seconded by NE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new bookkeeper would start May 1. 990 is due in September.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maassen wonders if there is something we can do to help stations to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some needs may come out at the annual meeting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regina has concerns about the University raiding her reserves.&nbsp;&nbsp;Maybe the institutional licensees would like to discuss this.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Myrna acknowledges budgeting challenges. And wonders what we can do to lift spirits.&nbsp;&nbsp;Myrna slack and social channel, water cooler channel that helps people vent.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;<strong><em>VIRTUAL PRIMA SUITE<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;to swap stories in place of our annual meeting.&nbsp;&nbsp;A zoom meeting.
