Meanwhile, another person has registered, so the headcount remains the same.\u00a0 There are\u00a0 51 attendees signed up,\u00a0 17 are presenters.\u00a0 More comps this year.\u00a0 The total is comparable to last year.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Maassen provided a rundown of the PRIMA conference logistics<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday reception at Colts Grill from 6-8:30 w fajita bar buffet. No speaker is scheduled as this is mean purely as a social event.<\/li>\n<li>PRIMA suite open after that back at the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Thursday morning start @7:30. Bus from hotel to WFYI.\u00a0 Bus\u00a0 leaves 7:15, 7:30ish.\u00a0 Maybe an additional run.\u00a0\u00a0 People can drive themselves.\u00a0 There is non-gated parking at WFYI.\u00a0 Paul will check on hotel parking.<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast at WFYI. There is breakfast at the hotel for $15 if you can\u2019t wait.<\/li>\n<li>Lunch at WFYI.<\/li>\n<li>Last conference session ends at 4:20. (Trying to work out a\u00a0 WFYI tour)<\/li>\n<li>Bus will leave hotel for Indy 500 Racetrack at 530.<\/li>\n<li>9:00 bus leaves for hotel.\u00a0 PRIMA suite open.<\/li>\n<li>8:00am start Friday at WFYI. Bus leaves hotel at same early times.<\/li>\n<li>Box lunch at WFYI. Finish conference between 12 and 1:00.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ll organize rides to the airport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PowerPoint setup\u00a0 available.\u00a0 Checking on availability of laptop.\u00a0\u00a0 Guest internet wireless available.\u00a0 Conference room is a multi-media equipped.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone is serving as a moderator for at least one panel.\u00a0 Dan asked that moderators reach out to the people on their panels and talk with them ahead of time.\u00a0 Work with them about how much time they\u2019ll need, whether they need PowerPoint etc.\u00a0 Please remind them that we want \u201dless presentation and more conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paul will check and see whether there is a computer available the presentations.<\/p>\n<p>Paul will find out about how the PRIMA suite will be
